Digital Products: When you purchase a digital product from our store, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use. Redistribution or reselling is strictly prohibited.
Custom Jewellery: For custom jewellery orders, all requirements and specifications provided by you via our Google Form will be used to create your unique piece.
Order Confirmation: Please ensure all details provided in the order form are accurate. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Shipping & Returns (for Jewellery): All custom items are handmade and may have slight variations, which adds to their uniqueness. For our handmade jewellery, since items are custom-made, we generally do not offer returns. However, if an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we will address it on a case-by-case basis
Refund Policy: For digital products, all sales are final. For custom jewellery, refunds are only considered if the item is received damaged or incorrect due to our error.
